Dell PowerEdge SC440 non-ECCメモリ不可

Dell PowerEdge SC440のECCメモリをnon-ECCメモリに交換してみたところ，

Memory type or speed is not supported on this system.Please refer to system documentation for support memory configurations.

と表示されて起動中に停止しました。メモリに関してSC440はSC430と同じ仕様ですね。
